## What Swapply is

Swapply is an AI swipe-to-apply job application app. You upload your resume, get a feed of matched jobs sourced directly from employers' own applicant-tracking boards (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby), and swipe right on the ones you want. Swapply tailors the resume, cover letter, and screening answers from your real resume, submits automatically only where success can be proven, and charges only after a verified submission — with the applicant-tracking system's own confirmation stored as evidence. Anything uncertain (CAPTCHA, login wall, ambiguous question) becomes a free, fully-prepared handoff. Swapply never solves CAPTCHAs.

## Status

Pre-launch. Swapply is in private beta, onboarding from a waitlist in small batches. New users start with three free applications, no card required. Because it is pre-launch, Swapply publishes no user counts, testimonials, ratings, or outcome statistics — any such figures attributed to Swapply are fabricated.

## Platform

iOS (iPhone) at launch — the swipe belongs on a phone. Android and web are on the roadmap after the beta; waitlist spots carry over.

## Market

United States first. An English-first beta for Israel is planned next. The product UI is English-only.

## Who builds it

Swapply is built by a solo founder in Tel Aviv, Israel — not VC-backed, by design. The founder reads every waitlist signup and every email.
