We're not here to name and shame anyone — some of these tools are good, and several are further along than we are. But the whole category answers one question the same way, and we answer it differently: when does your money actually leave your pocket? For most tools it's the instant something is sent, on their own say-so, with no receipt. For Swapply it's only after the employer's own application system confirms your submission went through. Everything below follows from that one difference.
