Need a hand?
One person builds and answers Swapply. Email [email protected] and you will get a reply from a human, usually within one business day.
What to include
If it is about a specific application, send the company name and the role, and roughly when you swiped. That is enough for us to find the run and tell you exactly what happened to it.
“I was charged and I do not think it was submitted”
Write to us and we will pull the record for that application and show you exactly what evidence we held when the credit was spent. A credit is only supposed to be spent when the applicant-tracking system confirmed the submission. If one was spent without that, it is our mistake — we will put the credit back on your account and tell you what went wrong.
“It handed my application back to me”
That is the design, not a failure. When an application needs a login, hits a CAPTCHA, or asks for a two-factor code we cannot complete on your behalf, we stop and hand it back so you can finish it yourself. You are never charged for one of those. We do not solve CAPTCHAs, and we never store employer account passwords — there is no field for them anywhere in our system.
Billing, cancelling, refunds
Subscriptions and one-off packs are billed by Apple, so cancelling and requesting a refund both happen through your Apple ID — Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iPhone, or reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancel any time and you keep the applications you already have for the rest of the period. Write to us either way and we will help.
Your data
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, or by emailing us. Resume, answers and application history are removed within 30 days. What we send where, and to whom, is listed in full on the privacy page.
