Billing, in writing

The Swapply Billing Bill of Rights.

Seven commitments in plain language — no fine print, no asterisks. Screenshot this page and hold us to every word.

These aren't policies we promise to follow. They're rules our billing system is built to be unable to break.

01

You're charged only after a verified submission.

Evidence or it's free. A credit is committed only when we hold proof the application actually went through — the application system's own success confirmation. There is no path in our billing system that charges before that evidence exists.

02

If we can't finish it safely, it's a free handoff.

Login wall, CAPTCHA, a question we're not certain about — we stop, hand you everything already prepared, and your credit comes back automatically. You don't have to ask, dispute, or email anyone.

03

Purchased credits never expire.

Buy a pack today, use it whenever the right job shows up — next week or next year. Your credits wait for you, not the other way around.

04

Real prices, in dollars, published.

No quiz wall, no "sign up to see pricing," no call with sales. Plain numbers on this site. Pricing published at launch.

05

Cancel in one tap, in the app.

No retention maze, no five-screen guilt trip, no chatbot standing between you and the cancel button. Tap, done, still friends.

06

We never solve CAPTCHAs or bypass security.

Those walls exist for a reason, and we respect them. When a human is needed, that human is you — with everything prepared and ready — and that step is always free.

07

Your resume goes only where you said yes.

The employer you approved with a swipe, plus the AI providers you explicitly consented to. No data brokers, no resale, nobody else — ever.

Why write this down?

Because the industry default is the opposite.

Much of this category charges the moment an application is sent — with no proof it ever landed. Refund windows are measured in minutes. Prices hide behind signup walls, and cancelling means finding the exit of a maze. We're not naming names here — we're just writing the opposite into our own rules, and building the billing system so it can't break them, even by accident.
